During the night all the lines where the line synchro is 6 Mb / 384 Kbps instead of 6 Mb / 640 Kbps will be restored to the correct profile.

If your line profile is not restored, please resync your modem 2 times.

The DNS was partially impacted and for that reason some web sites and other services were temporarily unreachable.

Na het onderhoud is het mogelijk dat u nog steeds offline bent.
Het probleem is gelokaliseerd en zou opgelost moeten zijn. Gelieve opnieuw te proberen, en eventueel uw modem te herstarten.
