Een
stroomonderbreking heeft plaatsgevonden in het hoofdkantoor van edpnet met
impact op alle diensten.
Status updates:
11:25 Start van de stroomonderbreking.
11:35 Hoofdrouter offline waardoor internet services niet langer werken.
11:45 Hoofdrouter terug online waardoor internet services terug beginnen werken / het hoofdkantoor van edpnet is nog steeds offline.
14:00 Er is momenteel een probleem met edpnet telephony. Edpnet werkt eraan om dit zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen.
15:00 Edpnet telephony werkt terug net zoals alle andere diensten. We volgen dit verder op.
20:00 Alle diensten zijn beschikbaar zonder verdere problemen sinds 15:00.

power outage occured at the main edpnet office
impacting all services.
Status updates:
11:25 Start of the power outage.
11:35 Main edpnet router offline causing internet services to stop working.
11:45 Main edpnet router back online causing internet services to start working again / main edpnet office still offline.
14:00 There is currently an issue with edpnet telephony. Edpnet is trying to solve this as fast as possible.
15:00 Edpnet telephony works again as are our other services. We will closely follow-up now.
20:00 All services are up and running with no further issues since 15:00.

– EFM
– Leased lines
– Colocation in InterXion Zaventem
– BGP customers in InterXion Zaventem
All other customers (xDSL, VoIP, etc.) are not impacted.

Downtime: maximum 30 minutes
Update (15:30): This morning, an IOS upgrade took place on our central Cisco router as was recommended by Cisco (due to missing functionalities). The upgrade went fine, but after some time it crashed one of the motherboards. This afternoon another motherboard crashed, but after a restart everything seemed fine again.
To avoid further issues, we have rolled back the IOS and are awaiting feedback from them. Everything should be fine again and we apologize for the problems it might have caused.

We are facing a major outage, fiber connection down between Rotterdam and Amsterdam, and backup is not working. We re working really hard to get this solved ASAP.
Update: The problem should be solved, the link Rotterdam and Amsterdam is back up. In the meanwhile we will solve the backup path as well.
