Outage: Several Proximus street cabinets in region Antwerp North down (Closed)

Dear customers,

Due to a fiber cut Proximus acknowledged that a number of street cabinets in the below mentioned areas are disconnected from the net. Edpnet customers connected to these street cabinets can experience an outage of their DSL connection. Our Network Operations team has investigated this outage and is currently in contact with Proximus. Further updates will be released as soon as possible.

EDIT 17:00: The latest ETR the splicers have provided us is today, 21:00. They will be working throughout the evening to restore connectivity to all impacted customers. The ETR remains subject to change.

EDIT 9:10: Proximus was able to bring all lines into service at 18:10 yesterday evening.
